Yes, it's possible by modifying the cloner.cron.php file output.

Can you give an example of what lines of code would need to be modified, and how ?

Look for this like

 

logxx("Backup file: ".$source_file);

 

in the cloner.cron.php

 

you could replace it with something like this

 

logxx("Backup file: <a href='http://your_site.com/administrator/backups/".$source_file."'>".$source_file."</a>");
