My WordPress theme autogenerates lots and lots of images which hugely increase the size on disk, and of backups.

 

Original image:

SteveJobs.jpg

 

Generated images:

SteveJobs-125x125.jpg

SteveJobs-150x150.jpg

SteveJobs-214x300.jpg

SteveJobs-282x232.jpg

SteveJobs-300x300.jpg

SteveJobs-360x240.jpg

...

And on and on and on

 

Because they are autogenerated anyway there is no need to backup them.

It would be nice to be able to define regular expression or masks of filenames to exclude.
