[Wordpress] Unable to download the backup | General Questions and Support | Forum Archive

Hi, the plug-in wordk perfectly, but when i try to download the plug-in i'm not able to, an error "file not found" arise.

If i try to manually download with direct link it work perfectly:

http://xyz.com/wp-ad....._dic_2014).tar

, also it work through FTP, but using the xcloner webinterface don't.

Is possible to fix the issue editing some config files to pointing to the direct link instead of something like this:

http://xyz.com/wp-ad.....014%29.tar

any tips are appreciated.
