xcloner.php gives page not found

i uploaded the backup and the two files tar and xcloner to the same directory on a new website. i extracted the files. the site is there but connected to database on other server. i open the xcloner in a browser but get 404 error.
i copied the backup zip folder to a new folder and added the two files. i tried opening the xcloner from this folder but again 404 error. what am i doing wrong.
Hi there! Please check again this Restore wiki https://docs.xcloner.com/#/ , make sure you got all the steps right, also check out the naming of the XCloner.php script, notice the upper case letters, make sure you match those when you try to access the restore script in the browser
