can't overcome JSON error... I installed the version of xclone for joomla 2.5 environments per a suggestion I read in the forums.... once I configured the xcloner software I received the JSON error that others in the forum have complained about receiving. I have tried the suggested remedies, and none have worked. I have changed the number of requested files at a time to 25, I excluded large directories (although this is problematic if I ever really want an entire backup), I have tried both Ajax and normal refresh configs. All these eventually lead to the JSON error eventually. Please help!!!

If you want, please open a support ticket and I can look more into the issue, usually this might be related to a server timeout, so try checking with your hosting support to see if your server is running properly.
