I just paid for 1-year of joomlacloner and your subscription software does not acknowledge my paypal payment. I did submit a support ticket for it, but it is frustrating to expect instant access and download and find there is a glitch in the payment subscription process. If this is standard, then I suggest you post in membership areas to expect a 24 or 48 hour turnaround for subscriptions to show active.
I have run into this problem before with stores using amemberpro and similar membership softwares, that they fail to link up paypal payments.
I appreciate your correcting this issue as soon as possible, thanks in advance.

I just want to add that my support ticket was answered very quickly, so that is excellent customer response time. I am just posting my experience here for reference of others if they encounter the same problem, what to expect. This is in no way a reflection on the usefulness of joomlacloner, which I have seen in action through another webmaster and find it fantastic, and a must have.
