Hi I'm a Joomlacloner newbe;
I need to understand what path I have to insert in the scheduler panel.

I try to explain me better:

I have my joomla 1.0 site on a II6 server.
I use Plesk panel 8 to set cron job.

If I see at Cron tab it say to insert
For Joomla:

/usr/bin/php C:/Inetpub/vhosts/nimacad.it/httpdocs/wcms/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php

but the first part (/usr/bin/php) I think is for a unix system

what I have to insert on a IIS machine?

Since it's IIS machine, i think something like C:/.../php , but better ask your hosting provider for the full correct path
