I would like if you can please give exact full example of these details, I have no idea about what this is, and I don't want to have to contact you every time I want to move or restore a full site if I buy this program.

Can you please create some full screen flash tutorial videos (with camtasia or something) of every single little detail involved in either creating/restoring a backup including the mysql details with your program, as well as other videos on every single detail involved in moving a site from one server and domain name, to another server and different domain name with your program. Don't leave any tiny details out please.

If you can't do this I don't believe I have the ability to understand how to use this program you have created as you have not been specific in your explanation of this program. Please create the video tutorials, I think you will get more sales this way too.
