Hi there,
This is my first crack at using cloner. I created a backup folder manually on the server. I made it writeable (including files), all of my configuration settings in JoomlaCloner are correct - I think. Nevertheless, I'm getting this message when I go into create a backup:

Warning: opendir(/home/www/mysite): failed to open dir: Permission denied in /home/www/mysite/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.functions.php on line 620

Can someone give me some advice what I need to fix/do? Thanks in advance.

Hi there! You need to check that the path you have /home/www/mysite is writeable through ftp, and it's the corect path!
Also the permissions must be set writeable on it!

Let me know if you still have problems, i would suggest trying more paths if it still won't work!

Regards,Ovidiu
