I restored to new server...Main page comes up but has funny characters mixed in my text? Also cannot navigate to any menu items!...What did I do wrong?:(

Make sure that the new server supports SEF url's and when restoring, make sure you match your database encoding "Character set to the file" option which usually should be set to utf8
