Help...
I have a live website where I have been frequently, manually creating backups using XCloner on Joomla 1.5 site, provided by my web developer.
Unfortunately, I never tested how to restore a backup.
Whilst my web developer has gone on holiday, I accidently destroyed my site by messing with tax codes in VM and all of the pricing structure for all products has gone screwy.
So I decided, no problem, Ill just restore the backup...
Now when I do this, XCloner seems to be able to 'clone' the backup to an alternative server URL...but not back to itself...
Can anyone help urgently?

Hi there! Please check this Restore FAQ https://www.joomlapl...../catid,26/ , all you need to do is copy the backup archive and restore script we provide to your site root location and start the restore process from there; as a note, please use an empty database to make the restore to, so try and create a new one
