Hello,
i'm using trial version of JoomlaCloner.
This is my the first time of moving web page to another server.
I'm moving to the subdirectory not the root.
I set Website Url: http://www.xxx.xx
but ftp directory http://www.xxx.xx/xxx
and during the process of copying or after i didn't noticed it i received: Restricted access. Trying to open site: http://www.xxx.xx/xxx i have this:

this is i think configuration.php with old server, but what about restricted access??

Hi there! I suggest you recheck again the ftp upload path, it does not seem to be correct, better use the "Install files directly" when restoring
Second, it does not look that the restore process was finished since you got that restricted message, try again the restore process as stated above and see if you have anymore issues
