Hi, I'm having the same problem as the thread below but when I login via ftp, all i need to do to get to the backup folder i've created (already set permissions to 777) is click on public_html, click on the test folder, and then click on the backups folder, for a final result of what I think should be:

/public_html/test/backups

but this does not work unfortunately.

I am on a midphase hosting plan and using cpanel and fantastico.

Hi there! You need to use the full path on your server, which means something like this /home/myuser/public_html/test/backups
