Hi!
After start backup (with JoomlaCloner and XCloner)under Excluded Folders and/or files I can see only "Please wait... we are loading the folder structure" and nothing happens.
Config is:
Backup Start Path: /var/www/html/my_joomla_folder/
Backup Store Path: /var/www/html/my_joomla_folder/administrator/backups
Permission for /var/www/html/my_joomla_folder/ is 777.

How to solve this?

Try and apply 755 permissions on the /var/www/html/my_joomla_folder/administrator/components/com_xcloner/browser folder and all the files inside it
