Hi,

I was reading the forum to see if this was answered somewhere but I cannot find it.

Anyway, I have everything installed on the latest version of Wordpress (3.0.4). But 'admin' is not signing me into the tool. I tried the reset code and it doesn't work either.

Also, I read somewhere that people are creating a couple directories (administrator>backups and wp-content). This is confusing to me because all these directories were inside the plugin when I downloaded, unzipped and uploaded the files as directed.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for your time.

Hi there! If you got the plugin from our site and uploaded it in your wordpress root, then no need to create any other directory, the only directory that needs created is the administrator/backups one inside your wordpress root, beside the normal plugin directory.

As for the login issue, i would advise checking with your hosting support that the php.ini session.save_path path exists and is  fully writeable, the login won't work if that is not setup properly

Hope it helps! Ovidiu

Ovidiu,

Been using the default username and password for some time but changed it last night. The change went badly and now I can't access XCloner. Tried the fix in the php file and disabling the plugin in and reactivating but no joy. How do I get running again with XCloner?

P.S. is username case sensitive (tried all combinations anyway)?

Try and reinstall XCloner and see if that helps, and yes, both user and pass are case sensitive.

Ovidiu
