Cannot Make an FTP Connection

I have been trying to make an FTP connection but cannot successfully connect. I have configured XCloner exactly as is my CoreFTP. CoreFTP connects just fine but XCloner doesn't. I'm includeing a screenshot of my XCloner configuration:

Try using your server ftp ip address instead of the name and see if it works, make sure you also have no spaces before or after the login details.
If it still fails, it might be a firewall issue, in which case i would advise following the other method spcified in our wiki https://docs.xcloner.com/#/ and move the backup archive and restore script manually to the new location so you are able to continue the restore process.
