I manually performed a backup, started the cloning process, everything moved over to the ftp site successfully (have the .tar, the TAR.php and XCloner.php files in the correct directory) but on the 3rd screen [http://solomonsuccess.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?page=xcloner_show], got this error:
Not Found
The requested URL /XCloner.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I would advise rechecking your ftp upload path and make sure it's corresponds to the url you added there as Install url, try rechecking with a ftp client to see if the backup archive and the restore script(XCloner.php) is present on the restore host
