When trying to download a backup I made today, I'm getting a "This web page is not Available" error

The full error message is:

 

The web page at http://globalplatfor.....nodrop.tar might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

This worked before, but I've just upodated to Wordpress 4.0. Might this be the cause?

Could be a memory limit, try using a ftp client and download the backup directly from the server.

How can i download the backup directly from the server?

I tried to find the backup file because im getting the same error when i try to download via web

but i did not found this file.

 

Can you tell me how to do this?

Connect using a ftp client and look in the administrator/backups/ folder or whatever you've set as your Backup Store Path.
