After doing the restore, I realized that all of the files went to the public_html directory, instead of the subdirectory I entered in the Options page.  What I entered was:

Install Url:

http://
https://

please enter the url of where Joomla will be accessible from, can be

But it went to http://ppi4me.com instead.

What did I do wrong here?

Most probably you used a wrong ftp upload path when restoring, i would advise rechecking that or simply use the "Install files directly" option checked! Make sure also your XCloner.php option Install path points to the correct restore directory.
