Site Cloning domain name references missed

Ok, so quite a bit... ha ha ha
Do does Xcloner currently modify any php files at all during the backup/restore process? Or just keep them as is.. I was assuming it currently is altering some files and was hoping to piggy back on that code...
It does look like making changes after the fact will be easier...

XCloner only modifies the Wordpress main config file wp-config.php, so no other files, and that is done through some code inside XCloner.php file

Just wanted to post a note here, if anybody is looking to make a search and replace on their database, this plugin might help http://wordpress.org.....d-replace/ , but there are others also to be used for this task
