hi, after upgrading i got this error message:
There was an error retreiving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined

It seems the backup is failing when trying to process the files between lines 1000 and 1100 from the administrator/backups/perm.txt file, try and open that file and look between those lines, usually it might fail if you are trying to backup some large files and the server sends a timeout at that step.
You could also enable the XCloner log for that process from the XCloner Config->System tab (Enable log: option), and open the administrator/backups/xcloner.log file and look at the end of it to see what file is last processes.
Additionally, inside the XCloner Config->System tab you can decrease the files to process per request from the default 100 to a smaller value and see if it helps.
