Hi all,
If the backup file is very small (about 1 or 2 Mb) no problem to download the file by cliking the diskette icon.
If file is around 350M, I receive the error message:
Fichier introuvable (English: File not found)
Firefox ne peut trouver le fichier à l’adresse .../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=json_return&page=xcloner_show&option=com_cloner&task=download&file=/backup_2016-11-20_13-39_-sql-drop.tar. (English: Firefox cannot find the file at address...)
Vérifiez la syntaxe du nom de fichier (dont le respect des minuscules/majuscules) ; (Verify the syntax of the name of the file...)
Vérifiez si le fichier n’a pas été déplacé, renommé ou supprimé. (English: Verify if the file was not moved or deleted)

OK for 28.06 MB but not 29.15 MB
So it looks like the max is 29M

Hi all,
I finally resolved the problem.
All the parameters below have to be greater than the one on their right:
memory_limit > post_max_size > upload_max_filesize > size of backup.
It makes the parameters way too big so, I will use another way to download the backup
