Having a issue restoring a site to a new domain (subdomain – http://dentalcreditp.....loner.php). I am getting the below message when I run the XCloner.php file. The tar file is only being partially extracted  before I get the below message. File size is 137 mb which is the correct size. I called GoDaddy but they were of no help. I have tried the restore several times and the issue is not with my connection or server connection GoDaddy told me. I am also on a Shared server.

Any help would be appreciated.

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

You can try an alternative restore method as described here https://docs.xcloner.com/#/

Ovidiu, I have manually uploaded all the files and selected the Skip files restore. The screen that shows the DB installing shows 5% and then I get a connection was reset. Any other thoughts on how to fix this?

Try increasing the php.ini memory_limit to see if it helps. Otherwise, you might want to check with your hosting support to see why you get that error.
