XCloner Backups getting smaller over time

Hello,

We have a blog with a daily post, so every day the size of our XCloner backup should get larger. Here are the sizes of our latest backups:

4/1/15 - 2767MB
6/18/15 - 2752MB
7/7/15 - 2697MB
8/11/15 - 2078MB
8/13/15 - 1682MB

Does XCloner not backup content that's beyond a certain age? What could explain this behavior? Notice the backup size decreased almost 400MB between 8/11 and 8/13.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
