PHP Warning:  curl_setopt(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set in /var/www/vhosts/alpinelakesdesign.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/classes/S3.php on line 1259

The backup .tar file appears to be fine (I downloaded it from Amazon and uncompressed it, but have not tried to restore it anywhere), but I'd like to know whether I need to worry about these warning messages, and if so, how I can solve the problem.
