Hello,
I'm new on the forum so I have look before asking my question and didn't find any relevant answers.
This
morning, I've done a backup trough Xcloner. Log in the panel, check the
DB to add. Wait for the mysql.tar creation. Click on the link to accept
the creation and... blackout. My website is completly unreachable.
The log give me thing as that :

Seems that every thing start here, as if Xcloner didn't appreciate the blank space in the picture name...

HI there! Could you tell us if you made any changes from the default XCloner Settings? I would advise keeping the default config options, and see if you have anymore issues afterwards. From what i am able to see, you activated the TAR server utility which might be the source of the issues you have? You can leave that disabled, the backup will still work.

Hello,
Thanks to your post. Yesterday we have found where the problem have been situated. It were at MySql login. I didn't know why, but we have create a new user and everythings gonna right.
Right now I didn't have test again xcloner, but do it in the day normally. And regarding the default setting, I think I just put the tar, it's all.
