Hi,

I would like to suggest that a wild card on allowed IP's eg. aaa.bbb.* would be helpful.

Because there is no server-side cron-job for a given site and no built in scheduling, I must initiate a manual "cron" from home. Because I get a dynamic IP virtually every day, it is boring having to edit config all the time.

In my case aaa.bbb is constant but .ccc.ddd changes a lot.

I really do not understand the broader implications of such a wild card, so please forgive my ignorance. The idea would help in my case though.

Chris

Perfect...

I have the same problem, and I cannot use cronjob as it has a limit of 30 seconds.

This feature will make it really automated.

Ovidiu,

would it be possible to add the ability to put dynamic IP style of address instead of an IP number. This dynamic IP address would then always lead to my last acquired IP-address.

So for example I would use a DynDNS (you have a lot of free alternatives, freedns, no-ip.com, buddyNS,...) style of functionality, fill out my personal DYNDNS address in XCloner, and XCloner could than easily determine my actual IP address. For me that would be safer than using a wild-card.

Kind regards,

Luc
