I always try to validate my backups, if the software suppots it.  Does XCloner have this or a similiar functon?  Or does not seeing any errors after the backup is complete the way we know a backup is good.

At the moment there is not such feature implemented, but it's a good suggestion, i will add it in the Feature Request section.
