I'll admit, i haven't yet implemented an RTL feature, but i will look into it, any hints are appreciated, specially with the page design implementation and css.

I think It would be a little hard, because I try to make it RTL but I couldn't edite some parts like bottons, content of tabels and dtree menu. So just edit tabs.
I have another problem, becuse of laguage file structure that is not ini base, adding language string to language file is a bit hard, and there was a lot of undone string.
