Thank you for this extension. I had many problems with other component backup and this is working great.

I noticed after the first backup there are 5 backup files. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

Also, I setup Amazon S3 but it hasn't transferred across. I added the access and secret keys aswell as the bucket id, but wasnt sure what to put in for the upload directory? Please can you advise me on how to set this up correctly.

Many Thanks!

Chris

Hi Chris, the upload directory can be any name you like, doesn't really matter. As for the amazon s3 upload, did you check the cron output from the cronjob? did you get any errors?

Having multiple backups is normal if the total size exceeds the Backup Split limit which is usually set at 2GB

Hi Ovidiu,

I don't know how to check the chron output? How do I do this?

Thanks,

Chris

What is each of the file size? This is normal if the file size is close to 2GB.

As for cron scheduler, please check with your hosting support to see if they can provide you that option inside the control panel.
