Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but how long would a normal backup take. My data base is .43 mb and my file system backup is 41.84. It has been running 10 min now and it is only about 26% done. Am I missing something. My computer is not slow it is new and has all the latest stuff from dell I7 processor etc. I am backing up on local host.

 

I think I set everything right

Did you enale the Compress Backup option ? If so, disable it and try again...
