Please can you help?
I'm using generic XCloner V3.0 Standalone (on a WordPress site). I think I've configured all the options.
I run a manual backup and I'm told this:
Initializing Backup
…….(file path)…. test1.tar created, we may continue.
Database Backup…
(database name) - 19 tables 0.36MB.
File System Backup….
Scanning files system…. done (estimated size 51MB) in 2700 files.
Processing files … 100% (2700 files)
Backup Name test1.tar
Backup Size 0.01MB
Backup Complete
In the administrator/backups directory there is nothing but index.html – no backups.
EDIT - test1.tar is actually created but is only 10kb
Can you please suggest what I look at to fix this problem?

How much disk space do you have available? Try and increase that and see if it helps...

Thank you for the suggestion.
The web account has 'unlimited' storage space so I don't think that is the problem.
Any other suggestions? I can't find a log file anywhere?

Could you post here a screenshot after your XCloner Config first tab as well as the Info tab?

I'm using this software on my website its working fine great application but on my other website this software creating a backup but backup size is 1.5mb and its also not detecting files in exclude files tab before start creating backup. I'm using joomla on both my webiste and website builder hosting everything is same on both hosting.

That usually means your Backup Start Path folder is unwriteable, please adjust permissions on that folder then try again!
