Hi,
XCloner parses all files but in backup store files only from root directory – subdirectories are not included in backup.
From xcloner.log:
22. directory – wp-admin
23. directory – wp-adminadmin.php
24. directory – wp-adminupdate-core.php
25. directory – wp-adminmy-sites.php
It looks that “/” is not inluded in path. Should be:
22. directory – wp-admin
23. directory – wp-admin/admin.php
24. directory – wp-admin/update-core.php
25. directory – wp-admin/my-sites.php
XCloner config:
General:
Backup Start Path: /
Backup Store Path: /administrator/backups
Manual backup: YES
Enable Database backup: YES
Include backups directory in clone: NO
Backup using Server Function: both NOT ACTIVE
Info:
PHP Version Check: 5.2.17
Php Safe_mode: 0
Php max_execution_time: 3600
Php memory_limit: 192M
Php open_basedir: no value
exec() function support: ENABLED
General paths info:
Temporary Folder /administrator/backups is writeable
Backup Start Path / is readable
Backup Path: /administrator/backups is writeable
Tar utility server path: /usr/lib/tar
Mysqldump utility server path: /usr/local/mysql55/bin/mysqldump

Try and use full server paths for the paths setup in XCloner config, Backup Start Path and Backup Store Path…

Hmmm… In the “Backup Generator Options” in the “General” section I switched “Manual backup” from YES to NO and now backup is performed correctly. All files and subdirectories are in the archive.
