Xcloner stopped working months ago (when the new PHP version came out), because you don't set the timezone.

Warning: date() [function.date]:
It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are
*required* to use the date.timezone setting or the
date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those
methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely
misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'America/Chicago' for
'CDT/-5.0/DST' instead in /wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/classes/mysqlBackup.class.php on line 54

Simply add

date_default_timezone_set('America/Los_Angeles');

or something like that in common.php and that error is fixed.
