can't restore with wpbetter security | General Questions and Support | Forum Archive

Hello,

  It seems that I can't restore when using wp better security. I think the tweaks I set for the .htaccess file is causing the 403 but I can't pinpoint which tweak it is.

When I attempt to restore via XCLoner.php, I see that it extracts the tar file but then it ends with a 403 or 404... This only happens if the file I'm trying to restore has wp better security in it.  I cleared my mysql DB and my entire directory and I still get this problem. I don't get it.

However, when uploading a copy that doesn't have wp bette security, it works like a charm.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I love both components but they seem to not work well with each other.
