Hi,
I am trying to get the Cron executed Backup to put to a filesystem on another account. I have created the file system in /home/backupsite/public_html/backups/myfiles.
I have added an FTP account with access to this directory.
When I run the Cron after configuring it
I get the following message - any ideas what is wrong please?
Backup file: /home/me/public_html/mysite/backups/mysite_XCLONER_Cron_Scheduled_Full_Backup.tar
Starting ftp transfer:
Connected to Normal http://ftp.backupsite.com Mode: Active
Warning: ftp_put() [function.ftp-put]: Can't open that file: No such file or directory in /home/mysite/public_html/mysite/administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/cloner.cron.php on line 236
FTP upload has failed for file
/home/mysite/public_html/mysite/backups/mysite_XCLONER_Cron_Scheduled_Full_Backup.tar
! Stopping ....
Thanks

Hi
Which path am I looking at please - it is referencing a path on my existing website where the cloner.coron.php file exists - this path is not avalable on my backup website.
Can you advise whether I am looking at the path in he cloner.configuration.php file
Also, could you provide an example of a working path please?

Thankyou for your advice - I have as you said used filezilla to test and prove the connections.
I have identified that because I set up the ftp account with a default directory, then there is no requirement to specify a directory at all in the cron_ftp_path. By setting this value to $_CONFIG['cron_ftp_path']=""; then the ftp correctly puts to the filesystem as required.
