after an initial phase with all system working, the ftp has stopping work fine

the backup is created in right way locally, but related ftp is osize , and i receive a message that upload has failed

i tried several ways , example, change settings of backups , active/passive, using IP of backup server (wich is a centos/vps/cpanel) and so on

i just try also to MOVE an exsistent backup via ftp, and same result, check below (some data are XXX masker for secutiry)

Have you tried a ftp server from another company to see if you still get the issue?

yes i did, i use xcloner in two differnt host: 1 shared and 1 managed dedicated i own

same results

The issue could be then with your original hosting provider, try and check with them if they have firewall blocking or filtering outgoing ftp connections.
