Am trying to clone a site using XCloner but keep getting ftp connection issues despite having the correct ftp info and other ftp clients being able to connect to the clone location fine. Anyone have any ideas??Frown

Try setting the "Ftp transfer mode" option to Passive in your XCloner Config->System tab, if it still doesn't work, i would advise checking our restore wiki /wiki/index.php/Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually for alternative restore methods.
