Hi,

first off this is a great product. Thank you. I have a small problem with the backup when I want to ftp it to an ftp server using cron. If the server is an IP address it works fine. If it is a domain name it does not work. It seems there is some  sort of problem with the dns lookup. has anybody else seen this problem and if so any ideas for a fix.

Please check with your hosting support to enable the dnslookup on the server, they should be able to help!
