Hi Ovidu.
It's been a while since I've had to move a site, and this one has me at wits end.
I'm using a host I've not used before - and have had issues all along.
Currently I've filled out all the details of XCloner.php, triple checked paths and permissions with the host. Yet its still giving me this error on restore;
Directory /cust-web/c/h/R4899658/sites/www.mydomain.com.au/html/ is not writeable or does not exists! Could not continue...
I've tried
/sites/mydomain.com.au/html/
/sites/mydomain.com.au/html
and a few more.
All the files are chmod 777 for install as far as I can see..
I don't know what else to do?
Hope you can help?

A further update.
I've managed to get a partially working restored version of my site on a new host. There were many MYSQL errors
I got the dreaded;
There were some errors while importing the database:
- followed by quite a list.
Some of my components have errors like Docman and when I tried to install a new Jupdate component I get this;
I think it's a path/permissions issue - and I wonder how to fix it so I can at least fix the site by fresh installs.
Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/cust-web/c/h/R4899658:/tmp:/usr/share/php) in /cust-web/c/h/R4899658/sites/www.mydoman.com.au/html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/folder.php on line 392
I would really appreciate some advice - I'm very stressed at this point.
Thanks
