I have XAMPP Portable on a USB drive, with Joomla as well. When I try to install XCloner, I get the following error:

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected

Warning: Failed to move file!

I have a feeling it might have something to do with paths, but not sure what to do. Is this something that can be overcome?

I tried installing it from a directory, and it seems to work fine. Thanks!

Hi Robert, most definatelly some paths might be setup wrong, check for the Global Config tmp path value and see if it's correct!
