Hi,

Frankly, I'm nubie in website developing, further more I have no enough knowledge on PHP programming.

I'm learning to develop a joomla site and it's on live environment! See? Now, I need to clone my site (completely including the database) to make it a dev site. Maybe better in same server, so I will make a folder called 'dev' and signed it in subdomain dev.mydomain.com and put the clone in there.

In other words, I need not only a backup component but fully clone component, can Xclone do this?

Thanks

cpanel, joomla 1.7.x

Hi there, XCloner is a complete backup and restore extension, so it can be used both for backup and the complete restore to another enviroment, please check our Documentation area for details.

Regards, Ovidiu
