Hi There,

I want to run the standalone version of Xcloner but I got some errors:

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: error -- undefined

JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=500&lines=9780&backup=20130217_full-backup.tgz&excl_manual=

This problem has occurred before and I read in this forum about reduzing filesizes and excluding to large directories (I got one with files up to sum total of 3 GB in it) but even that does not help.

What elso could it be?

Try and set the Compress Backup option back to No!
