Hi Guys,
I was using your software on my another website and everything was fine.
But I am trying to use it via Clarion Template Joomla 3.0 and trying to backup and I do not see Continue Button on the "Backup and Restore" in google Chrome, however I see it in Internet Explorer, but it doesn't make a proper backup there (result is 1KB only).
Please help me to run it in google chrome. When the template was clear without any components it worked, but I just installed few components (not system ones), just simply comments tracking and guestbook.
And now can't make a backup. Also my hosting writes that mysql request are too long and it effects all their server.
Please help.

I would probably be able to help you better if you could open a support ticket and send us your location access details, meanwhile, i would advise checking for php errors, usually the program you have means the backup script is stopping somewhere and the full code is not displayed.
