Hello,

I had to build up my hp again.

Therefor I deleted all files on the root directory, installed joomla2.5 again and also XCloner.

Target is to use an older versioon of the hp at the same location.

Then regarding the descrition on "https://www.xcloner.com/wiki/index.php?title=Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually" I copied the backup file, tar and xcloner on the root directory.

It looks like: [Image Can Not Be Found]

But I'am not able to activate the XCloner.php.

How to do this?

Thanks for your assistance.

So,

I did several trys to restore.

I'am not able to restore the mysql part.

After finishing xcloner I get the message that mysql was skipped.

Files are restored and visible by using a ftp client.

Starting the hp leads to errormessage that connection to mysql failed.

Can anybody give some informations for the correct parameters regarding mysql in the xcloner menu?

If you get the mysql import skipped error then probably you've unchecking the mysql import option which is checked by default, green means active.

..I found the problem: I can't upload TAR.php on the FTP.

I get the same result with ftp software (transimt, filezilla etc..) and File Manager in Control Panel.

The file just disappears!

Even if I upload the file into a zip package... the whole zip package disappears.

How is this possible?

Tks

Please check with your hosting support, they might have some security software that might be missconfigured.
