Hi there,

I tried to backup a part of my site including the database. I use the standalone version of xcloner. After the software ran, it told me that:

Initializing backup…

Backup /var/www/vhosts/xyz.de/_download/2013-08-04.tar created, we may continue!

Database backup…

[DB_xyz-Shop] 91 tables (798.46 MB) 

Filesystem backup…

Scanning files system… done! (Estimated size:865.28MB) in 4597 files 
Processing Files: 100% (4597 files)
Tried a little more:
The error occured, when I try to backup a database:

Initializing backup...

Backup /var/www/vhosts/xyz.de/_download/backup_2013-08-04_07-17_shop.eventfotografie24.de-sql-nodrop.tar created, we may continue!

Database backup...

[DB_xyz-Shop] 91 tables (798.46 MB)

Backup Name: backup_2013-08-04_07-17_shop.eventfotografie24.de-sql-nodrop.tar

Backup Size: 0.01MB 

 

 

But I think that the compression isn't so good, that the complet site incl. DB is compressed to 10 kb.
How can I help you to solve this problem, which information is needed; I use the software the first time.
Server: Linux vServer running Ubuntu 10.04.4

Could you post here a screenshot from your current XCloner Config? Try and reinstall XCloner and leave all settings as default and see if you have anymore issues!
