Hello, I purchased XCloner several years ago when it was hosted on JoomlaPlug.com and was actually called JoomlaCloner. I still have my e-mail showing I purchased the "Unlimited Support & Upgrades" and I noticed that you are still offering it for 99.95 EUR, which was similar to the price I paid except in USD. When I logged in to create a ticket, I noticed that my membership status is now set to inactive.
Honestly I am not upset, but I am curious as to what you mean by "Unlimited Premium Support" if it goes away after a couple of years. Will you please clarify? This might be good to know when I need to create tickets in the future (which by the way, I think I have only created a few tickets) since the plugin generally covers my needs.
Hi there! I have checked and your Support memebership is still active as seen in the backend, your membership support will not expire, but it could be an issue related to the migration from the old system.
