If have daily database backups from using XCloner and file backups that I created using an FTP program, will that be enough to re-create a WP installation if my VPS hard drive ever dies?

What would the steps be to recreate everything?

As simple as restoring the database using XCloner and then restoring the files using FTP?

Hi Gene, please take a few minutes and read the full restore procedures detailed in our wiki /wiki/index.php/Restore_Backup . To answer your questions, yes, you only need the XCloner restore and backup archive to restore the site.
