Xcloner does not downoad complete backups

Xcloner creates backups but when downloading it only downloads partial files: .....sql-nodrop.tar.part That's where it remains. Never fully downloads. However it used to.
Anyone has any ideas why or has the same issue?

Solved. Found the location where the backups are stored on server and downloaded from there.
