Are the XCloner.php and tar.php restore files relevant to the website being restored or can I use these files for another website restoration. The other website had all its files deleted but the admin has a backup on his PC but no XCloner.php and tar.php files. Can I use mine to try and restore his site? He previously backed up his site using your XCloner for Joomla

The XCloner.php and TAR.php are universal, they can be downloaded directly from the XCloner download package, restore/ subfolder.
